Does my Live order include shipping?

No, shipping is purchased separately under the shipping sections. The reason behind this is so that you are able to make multiple orders over the weeks to increase your file size to make the most out of the shipping rate. 

How long do you hold my cards for?

We will hold your cards for as long as you stay in communication with us. Typically we hold your cards for 1 month, then we will email you to let you know you still have cards on file. We then await a response for a further week to see if you still want the cards. If we still have not heard from you then the cards will go into future Giveaways for the Stream. We will hold your cards as long as you need providing you do not go over 1 month of no communication with us. The reason we do this is so we do not have multiple unwanted files building up as we work with huge amount of files daily.
